Cognia Parent and Family Surveys – Culture and Climate

The North Spring Academy also participates in Cognia accreditation surveys on culture and climate for parents and students twice annually. These surveys are conducted as part of our school accreditation and continuous improvement process to evaluate academic quality, culture, and leadership effectiveness.

Cognia Parent and Family Surveys allow families to:

• Share their perceptions of school safety, communication, and climate.
• Provide feedback on teaching quality, engagement, and student support systems.
• Contribute to the data that guides our annual School Improvement Plan (SIP) and informs professional development priorities.

Survey responses are anonymous and reviewed as part of our accreditation renewal process. Your participation directly supports our goal of maintaining Cognia accreditation and ensuring that the North Spring Academy continues to meet and exceed standards of educational excellence.

When Cognia surveys are open, families will receive a direct survey link via email from their child’s internal case manager.
